Charlotte WordCamp Filling Up

Be sure to check out Charlotte WordCamp. Registration for this blogging conference opened up last week and is already 50% full. It is $15 to attend if you register before Oct. 31st. WordCamp Updates, CLT and RDU

CLT WordCamp has declared their official date, Novemer 15th, and their keynote speaker, Mark Jaquith, a lead developer on WordPress, more here.

WordCamp RDU is scheduled for October 4, 2008, in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina, which is exciting. According to the WordCamp Report, “this could be the first time there are two WordCamps in one state.”

I would of thought California locked down that superlative, but I will take it. We all know North Carolina has skills.

Editors Needed for Each Region

We are getting some good response and have a few lists of blog to go through to add to the directory. As we adjust the regions, we are in need of editors for each. Charlotte is the most covered so far, but even there we welcome help.

To become an editor, let us know your region, whether Charlotte, Raleigh, Peidmont, East or West NC, make sure you have a WordPress.com account, and send us your email, all through the contact page.
